Strategy & Growth team at JoVE drives scientific research acceleration through video solutions. The Product Strategy Manager defines and executes the roadmap for JoVE Research, translating market trends, researcher needs, and AI adoption insights into product priorities and new content initiatives. Remote, India.

What you’ll do

• Define and develop product strategy aligned with growth objectives
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity into clear priorities
• Recommend product enhancements, new platforms, and research content
• Engage with researchers and leaders to gather insights and pain points
• Assess AI adoption in research and advise on implementation
• Lead discovery and validation through interviews, surveys, and prototypes
• Implement social listening to monitor conversations and sentiment
• Set success metrics for strategic initiatives

Nice to have

• 4-7 years product strategy or management experience
• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Business or related field
