About the role
Relationship Management team at Muthoot FinCorp drives customer acquisition and loan servicing across micro markets. What you’ll do
- Acquire new customers through business development and cold‑calling
- Develop and activate referral partners to generate loan leads
- Manage the customer journey across sales, process and product championship
- Provide doorstep service and end‑to‑end loan processing support
- Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
- Support branch operations and soft‑bucket collections
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years experience in retail assets, home loans and loan against property
- Graduate degree required
- Experience in affordable segment preferred
