Senior C++, C# Engineer

About the role

Quest Global seeks a Senior C++, C# Engineer in Pune, Maharashtra, India, to develop Windows client applications using an agile methodology. The role involves designing, implementing, and reviewing code for end-user applications while collaborating with customer teams. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on solving moderately complex business issues through independent judgment and technical expertise.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement, and peer review Windows client application code
• Analyze design requirements to determine coding and integration activities
• Execute testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned application portions
• Identify, debug code issues, and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with Quest Global and customer teams in a collaborative model
• Apply subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues
• Exercise independent judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate actions

What you’ll bring

• Proficient in C++14/C++17 and application-level programming
• Experience with Windows development and UWP
• Strong understanding of multithreading and synchronization
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Concepts and Design Patterns
• Knowledge of IPC, shared memory, and socket programming
• Proficiency in Git, Gerrit, GitHub, curl, openssl, and REST APIs
