Zonal Head TPP - Branch Banking

About the role

The Zonal Head of Third Party Products (TPP) in Branch Banking leads the distribution of TPP offerings such as insurance, mutual funds, e‑broking, and RBI bonds across designated zones. Working closely with the TPP head, they allocate budgets, develop business plans, and drive training and certification for branch staff. They oversee budget execution, promote product awareness, and coordinate with zonal heads to meet sales targets. The role involves partner engagement, activity planning, and customer query resolution to ensure zone‑level success.

What you’ll do

• Allocate budget and resources with TPP head at branch level.
• Develop monthly business plan with Zonal and Cluster Heads.
• Engage local partners to support monthly plan execution.
• Drive certification and training for Branch Banking staff.
• Own and execute TPP budget for the zone.
• Promote TPP products and drive sales in the zone.
• Collaborate with Zonal Heads to achieve targets.
• Organize drives and activities within zones.
• Review partner activities at zonal level.
• Assist with customer queries and management.
