About the role

Revenue Intelligence team at Shalby Limited focuses on auditing and analyzing revenue streams across medical services. The role conducts statutory audits of posting data, generates MIS insights for decision‑making, and coordinates data governance with corporate stakeholders. Based in Indore, India, on‑site work model with occasional travel to regional units.

What you’ll do

• Conduct revenue related statutory audits across IP discharge, OPD, ER, diagnostics and pharmacy postings
• Prepare audit MIS reports and present insights to senior management
• Coordinate data collection and code generation for departmental audits
• Identify and highlight package related issues and ensure compliance with government schemes

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce
• Master Degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance)

Nice to have

• 1-5 years minimum experience
• 1-15 years relevant experience in financial auditing or revenue analysis
