About the role
Finance Services Finance Process Data Systems division at ABB builds and operates finance shared services. The Solution Lead drives R2R architecture, mentors solution architects, and ensures process optimization and compliance across Central Finance. Leads cross‑functional projects, stakeholder collaboration, and automation initiatives in Bangalore, onsite, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA CFIN.
What you’ll do
- Lead and mentor a team of R2R Solution Architects
- Oversee configuration, implementation and support of R2R processes in CFIN
- Collaborate with finance, IS architecture and external vendors to align solutions
- Manage R2R system projects, upgrades and enhancements
- Drive automation and continuous improvement of R2R workflows
- Ensure compliance with finance standards and oversee testing and change management
- Define and monitor KPIs, reporting performance to senior management
- Facilitate cross‑functional coordination with O2C, P2P, Treasury and Tax
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years R2R process management in SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP
- Leadership experience managing finance transformation teams
- Deep knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP modules
- Experience with process automation and optimization
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Project management of complex system initiatives
- Experience managing external vendor relationships
