About the role

Brand Management Team at Intrepid Asia drives end‑to‑end ecommerce growth for leading brands across Southeast Asia. The Team Lead will mentor account managers, craft and execute data‑backed strategies, and partner with business development to expand revenue streams in Singapore. Kuala Lumpur, hybrid (3 days onsite), relocation to Singapore supported, with opportunities for career progression.

What you’ll do

• Drive top‑line growth in Singapore by building and mentoring account teams
• Develop and implement brand and seller strategies to meet KPIs
• Analyze sales performance and advise clients on growth tactics
• Maintain relationships with brands and ecommerce platforms
• Collaborate with Business Development on new services and commercial terms
• Oversee pricing, stock availability, and promotional planning

What you’ll bring

• 6-8 years ecommerce experience (Lazada/Shopee)
• Proficient in English
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Analytical ecommerce knowledge
