SaaS Security Posture Mgmt Engineer

About the role

Ericsson is hiring a SaaS Security Posture Mgmt Engineer in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India to support security posture management across enterprise SaaS platforms. The role involves implementing security controls, monitoring SaaS misconfigurations, integrating security tools, and ensuring compliance with organizational security standards. Day-to-day work includes managing SSPM platforms, assessing SaaS configurations, coordinating remediation with stakeholders, and developing dashboards and alerts.

What you’ll do

• Track, manage, and report security findings identified through SSPM assessments and continuous monitoring activities
• Coordinate with application owners, cloud teams, IAM teams, and business stakeholders for remediation planning and closure of identified risks
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of security gaps and policy violations
• Manage and support SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) platforms across enterprise environments
• Assess and monitor security configurations for SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce and collaboration tools
• Identify misconfigurations, excessive permissions, inactive accounts, and compliance gaps across SaaS environments
• Integrate SSPM solutions with IAM, CASB, and cloud security platforms
• Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts for security posture monitoring

What you’ll bring

• 6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or SaaS security
• Hands-on experience with SSPM/CASB platforms such as Adaptive Shield
• Good understanding of SaaS application security and identity security concepts
• Experience with IAM technologies including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access management
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of security compliance and governance frameworks
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Nice to have

• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Certifications such as Security+ or other relevant cloud and security certifications
• Experience with API integrations and automation workflows
• Exposure to CIEM, CSPM, or Zero Trust security models
• Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud environments
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and security automation practices
• Exposure to AI/LLM security governance in SaaS ecosystems
