What you’ll do

  • Lead AI/ML architecture and code review for complex systems
  • Define technology roadmaps, best practices, and standards
  • Conduct research on context/prompt engineering techniques
  • Architect data pipelines and processing workflows for model training
  • Champion MLOps tools and practices for production deployment
  • Lead agentization of existing systems via A2A, MCP protocols
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI/ML into products
  • Mentor junior and senior engineers on AI/ML techniques and architecture

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's in CS, engineering, math, or related discipline
  • 12+ years software engineering, data science, analytics; 5+ years AI/ML
  • Design and implement scalable production AI/ML platforms
  • Deep LLM knowledge, training & fine‑tuning
  • Hands‑on GenAI/AgenticAI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI)
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or other data analysis languages
  • DevOps & CI/CD experience (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

Nice to have

  • PhD in CS, engineering, math, statistics, or related discipline
  • Experience establishing AI/ML best practices, standards, ethics
  • Knowledge of banking, financial products and services
