About the role
AEM Backend Development team builds enterprise‑grade digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. The Senior Developer designs, develops, and maintains backend AEM solutions, creates custom components, services, and integrations, and optimizes performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. What you’ll do
- Design and develop backend AEM components and services
- Extend AEM functionality and administrative features
- Implement integrations using REST APIs and web technologies
- Collaborate with frontend and other technical teams for end‑to‑end solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical documentation
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Java development
- Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Proficiency with JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi
- Experience building REST API integrations
- Maven and AEM Maven archetype usage
- Upper‑intermediate English communication
