What you’ll do

  • Manage end‑to‑end Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) including intake, validation, retrieval, redaction and response delivery
  • Own resolution of ICO escalations and privacy incident triage, tracking and remediation
  • Support Privacy Impact Assessments and maintain HR Records of Processing Activities
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards and reporting for DSAR volumes and risk metrics
  • Drive cross‑functional project plans, produce stakeholder materials and improve privacy workflow processes

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years experience in financial services or consulting, with 3‑5 years focused on data governance or privacy
  • Strong project management capability, independent planning and delivery
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and BI tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL)
  • Strong data literacy and ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership
  • Judgment and discretion handling sensitive employee and privacy information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environment
  • Strong risk and control mindset with high attention to detail
