HR & EX Chief Data Office, Data Privacy at J.P. Morgan shapes HR privacy strategy by partnering cross‑functionally to ensure policy compliance, manage data risks, and enhance data use. The Associate leads end‑to‑end Data Subject Access Requests, privacy incident response, and DPIA support while building dashboards and trackers for metrics and risk trends. Based in Mumbai, India, this role works on‑site at the JPMorgan office.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) including intake, validation, retrieval, redaction and response delivery
• Own resolution of ICO escalations and privacy incident triage, tracking and remediation
• Support Privacy Impact Assessments and maintain HR Records of Processing Activities
• Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards and reporting for DSAR volumes and risk metrics
• Drive cross‑functional project plans, produce stakeholder materials and improve privacy workflow processes

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience in financial services or consulting, with 3‑5 years focused on data governance or privacy
• Strong project management capability, independent planning and delivery
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint and BI tools (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL)
• Strong data literacy and ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership
• Judgment and discretion handling sensitive employee and privacy information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environment
• Strong risk and control mindset with high attention to detail
