About the role

EY's People Consulting (PAS WKFA) Workforce Advisory team in Bengaluru helps clients align their people agenda with broader business goals, placing Humans@Center of transformation to drive sustainable change through workforce strategy. As a Project Consultant on the National sector-agnostic team, you will work across industries on organization and workforce transformation, change experience and learning, purpose/culture/leadership, and HR transformation, systems, and rewards. The role requires 4-8 years of experience and a Human Resources qualification.

What you’ll do

  • Help clients strategically align their people agenda with broader business goals
  • Drive sustainable organizational change through workforce strategy and talent optimization
  • Work on organization and workforce transformation including scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy
  • Define new workforce experience including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration)
  • Support accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience and Digital Learning via EY Noggin Labs
  • Align leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating model
  • Re-imagine and digitize the HR function including HR strategy, service delivery model, HR cloud technology, and rewards transformation
