The HR Operations Specialist, Compensation & Benefits ensures accurate end‑to‑end compensation and benefits administration, maintains data integrity in Workday, and delivers high‑quality service to internal stakeholders. Bangalore, on‑site role supporting global HR standards and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end compensation and benefits administration including annual reviews and incentive cycles
• Maintain accurate compensation data across local and global HR systems
• Provide timely, accurate processing and communication of compensation information to stakeholders
• Prepare documentation and data for audits and regulatory compliance
• Address employee queries via HR case management tools
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within the Compensation & Benefits function

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3-5 years experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, and incentive planning
• Experience with Workday compensation modules
