UI React Senior Engineer

About the role

Iris Software is seeking a UI React - Senior Engineer to join its IT services team in Noida, India. The role focuses on designing and developing scalable React enterprise applications, defining reusable component architecture, and leading frontend integration and state management strategies. The engineer will own end-to-end delivery of modules, drive CI/CD and performance improvements, and mentor junior developers within a culture that emphasizes ownership and continuous growth.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications
• Implement TanStack Query (React Query) strategies for optimized asynchronous data handling and caching

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years of experience in UI/React development
• Proficiency in React, CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with React Hooks and React Maps
• Strong knowledge of React Performance Optimization
• Hands-on experience with Redux for state management
• Familiarity with TanStack Query (React Query)
• Ability to design scalable React enterprise applications
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards
