About the role
Weekday AI client finance team manages end‑to‑end receivables and revenue accounting. The Senior Finance Executive oversees invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting while collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India – on‑site role.
What you’ll do
- Manage full Accounts Receivable lifecycle including invoicing and collections
- Generate and analyze aging reports and action plans for overdue accounts
- Reconcile customer receipts, tax deductions, and statutory records
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve billing issues
- Maintain revenue schedules and financial trackers for accurate recognition
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
Nice to have
- 4-7 years Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations experience
- Hands‑on with Zoho Books, Tally or ERP systems
- Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Strong GST invoicing and TDS accounting knowledge
