The Senior Analyst designs, develops, and maintains digital, virtual, and blended learning content, ensuring instructional accuracy, engagement, and accessibility. Based in Mumbai, India, on‑site role with standard office hours.

What you’ll do

• Develop and produce learning content per instructional designs
• Create course outlines, storyboards, and assets for eLearning, ILT, vILT, and video
• Write, edit, and structure content to meet learning objectives
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and resolve conflicts
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure content standards
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather inputs and validate content

What you’ll bring

• 5-8 years experience in L&D content design
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience with corporate L&D programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Hands‑on with an authoring tool (e.g., Articulate)
• Knowledge of instructional design principles
• Understanding of accessibility standards
