Day-to-day work includes driving end-to-end system-level verification, performing capacity and performance testing under high-load traffic, analyzing logs/traces/KPIs, and troubleshooting across protocol layers to influence release readiness. You will also contribute to verification frameworks, automation, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with RAN development, integration/CI, and product management teams.

What you’ll do

  • Drive end-to-end system-level verification of 5G RAN technologies to secure release readiness.
  • Perform capacity and performance verification of RAN systems under high-load traffic scenarios comprising Max supported UEs per cell/DU, throughput (DL/UL), control plane capacity and mobility under l
  • Analyse system behaviour and performance using logs, traces, KPIs including throughput, latency, PRB utilisation, resource load and QoS/QoE indicators.
  • Troubleshoot Link curve verification, Channel quality and perform root cause analysis across multiple protocol layers (PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, IP) for complex system issues.
  • Perform requirement analysis for feature integration and verification to ensure alignment with customer expectations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of products, test coverage, verification frameworks, automation and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with RAN development, integration/CI and product management teams.
