About the role
This Founding Talent & People Builder role supports one of Weekday's clients, building the organization's talent and people function from the ground up in Gurugram/Delhi, India. You will start as a hands-on individual contributor with significant ownership of talent acquisition, people systems, performance management, employee development, and HR operations. As the organization scales, you will build processes, develop the People function, and hire a team to support the evolving business.
