About the role

What you’ll do
- Oversee and review GL accounting activities
- Drive timely reconciliation and exception resolution
- Lead month‑end close and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Partner with finance and business functions to provide accounting guidance
- Monitor balance‑sheet accounts, identify risks and corrective actions
- Lead process‑improvement projects to enhance efficiency and controls
- Maintain SOPs, documentation, and support statutory and tax audits
- Mentor and develop clerical and operational accounting staff
What you’ll bring
- CA or CPA certification
- Bachelor's in Accounting
- 3+ years financial accounting experience
- Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
