About the role

Business Systems Group at Netradyne builds and maintains the Salesforce platform that powers fleet safety data workflows. The Senior/Staff Engineer designs, develops, and scales Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with third‑party systems while collaborating with functional consultants and architects. Bengaluru, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration across product and engineering teams.

What you’ll do

Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs
Develop responsive Lightning Web Components
Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems
Configure Salesforce objects, flows, and dashboards
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
Participate in release management and CI/CD pipelines

What you’ll bring

5+ years Salesforce development
Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
Strong knowledge of Flow Builder and Process Automation
Agile development experience
Version control using Git

Nice to have

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification
