About the role
Observability Solutions team at Kyndryl builds enterprise‑grade monitoring platforms on the Elastic Stack for large banking clients. The Senior Lead architects unified observability solutions, designs cluster topology, ILM policies, and end‑to‑end transaction journey tracing across payment rails, while guiding capacity planning and security hardening. Works on‑site in Hyderabad and Mumbai, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure monitoring ecosystems.
What you’ll do
- Own architecture and design of Elastic‑based observability platform
- Define and govern AIOps correlation logic and alerting strategies
- Implement instrumentation across Java, .NET, Node workloads
- Lead capacity planning, licensing, and hardware sizing
- Mentor technical leads and contribute to presales solutions
What you’ll bring
- 7‑10 years of experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats/Elastic Agent
- Hands‑on design of observability architectures for BFSI domain
- Proven capacity planning and infrastructure sizing for large clusters
- Experience with AIOps/ML anomaly detection jobs
- Strong customer‑facing and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Banking/BFSI domain exposure (Finacle, Flexcube, UPI, IMPS, NEFT)
- Python scripting and Elastic Stack integrations
- Knowledge of ILM, SLM, RBAC, TLS/mTLS security
- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing
