In-Manager Site Reliability Architect/Engineer

About the role

PwC Advisory in Pune seeks an IN-Manager Site Reliability Architect/Engineer to deliver business application consulting services that optimize client operational efficiency. Day-to-day work includes analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, gathering and aligning business requirements for lending systems, and providing functional support during development and testing. The role also involves managing digital transformation projects, defining governance frameworks, and acting as a liaison between business, development, vendors, and clients. Travel to client locations in India and abroad is required as per project needs.

What you’ll do

• Define processes for lending products and gather requirements for functionalities related to loan systems such as LOS and LMS
• Apply business modelling and requirements management techniques such as process and workflow modelling, use cases, and user story definition
• Gather, review, and align business requirements from business/product following internal standard operating procedures
• Perform requirement analysis by analyzing BRDs and gap documents
• Act as liaison between development and business to clarify or validate requirements and assumptions, mediate compromise or agreement, and close information gaps
• Work with technical teams, business users, and vendors to resolve issues with project deliverables
• Provide functional support during development and testing phases
• Define governance frameworks for project management, change management, and release management, ensure adherence, and identify areas for continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Strong domain knowledge of banking and lending products
• Relevant work experience of approximately 3 to 7 years within the BFSI sector, preferably in the lending space
• Hands-on experience defining processes for lending products and gathering requirements for loan systems such as LOS and LMS
• Effective use of business modelling and requirements management techniques including process and workflow modelling, use cases, and user story definition
• Ability to gather, review, and align business requirements from business/product following internal SOPs
• Ability to track and manage delivery of multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong communication, written, and document management skills
• Ready to travel to client locations on short notice

Nice to have

• Experience in banks/NBFCs/fintech
• Preferably from Big 4, banks, NBFCs, fintech, or IT consulting companies
• MBA or Bachelor of Engineering qualification
