About the role

The Workday Solutions Manager at Bill Gosling Outsourcing leads the execution, development, and innovation of Workday across the enterprise, ensuring it serves as the single source of truth for Human Capital, Finance, and Operations. Day-to-day, the role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical work: managing the Workday COE team, overseeing integration lifecycle management, driving automation, AI enablement, and orchestration initiatives, and collaborating with Human Capital, Finance, and Technology and Innovation to design scalable solutions. The position is based in Gurgaon 2, Bangalore, or Jaipur, India, and is a full-time role.

What you’ll do

Work with Senior Management to align Workday solutions to overall business goals.
Ensure the productivity and technical excellence of the HRIS team to meet organizational goals.
Serve as the technical execution lead for Workday SKUs, integrations, Orchestrations, applications, and Agents.
Collaborate with Human Capital, Finance, and Technology and Innovation to design scalable Workday solutions aligned with business strategy.
Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations using applicable applications.
Manage and optimize Workday applications to automate and enhance workflows.
Implement and maintain Workday Orchestrations and Agents to improve process efficiency and automation.
Lead readiness, regression testing, and deployment of new Workday releases, SKUs, and features.

What you’ll bring

Experience leading Workday execution, development, and innovation across an enterprise.
Ability to serve as technical execution lead for Workday SKUs, integrations, Orchestrations, applications, and Agents.
Experience managing and optimizing Workday applications to automate and enhance workflows.
Experience implementing and maintaining Workday Orchestrations and Agents to improve process efficiency and automation.
Experience leading readiness, regression testing, and deployment of new Workday releases, SKUs, and features.
Ability to ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance within Workday environments.
Experience mentoring and developing a Workday COE team and SMEs within the organization.
Experience collaborating with PMO on project intake, prioritization, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
