- Read, understand and analyze client processes
- Execute full range of data processing tasks accurately and timely
- Escalate complex issues and seek advice
- Follow work instructions and highlight anomalies
- Participate in client conference calls and document outcomes
- Perform root‑cause analysis and propose corrective actions
- Suggest process improvements to reduce time and improve accuracy
- Update daily metrics and maintain MIS
What you’ll bring

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
