About the role

Business Transformation team at Accenture drives digital and process transformation, combining data, technology, and intelligence to enable rapid, intelligent operations. The specialist leads end‑to‑end process studies, creates value‑stream and customer‑journey maps, and designs automation and AI‑enabled solutions for insurance and finance clients. Bengaluru, India, on‑site role with hybrid collaboration as needed.

What you’ll do

• Conduct end‑to‑end process studies and evangelize transformation solutions
• Create value‑stream and customer‑journey maps for clients
• Develop automation roadmaps and integrate RPA/AI technologies
• Lead proposal pipeline and client engagements
• Drive intelligent finance and work orchestration initiatives
• Govern and manage projects through delivery
• Collaborate across Accenture digital ecosystem and partners
• Support RFX and pipeline generation activities

Nice to have

• 7-11 years experience
• Strong ERP functional skills in Insurance domain
• Value stream and customer journey mapping expertise
• Automation and AI/Analytics solution delivery
