About the role

Iris Software seeks a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer in Noida, India, to design and develop scalable enterprise applications. What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Ruby on Rails aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Define application architecture approaches and development standards using Ruby on Rails best practices.
• Lead development of reusable application modules, shared services, and framework-based components.
• Design and optimize application workflows, business logic implementation, and application structure.
• Establish development standards, coding practices, and quality guidelines across Rails-based applications.
• Review application designs and code to ensure adherence to architecture and engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues through detailed root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Drive application performance optimization, maintainability improvements, and code quality initiatives.
