Oracle EBS Technical Lead

About the role

Sopra Steria seeks an Oracle EBS Technical Lead in Noida to drive digital transformation for enterprise clients. The role involves leading technical development of RICEW components, managing project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams within the Oracle EBS environment. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 6-8 years of relevant experience.

What you’ll do

• Build and track RICEW development plan activities
• Estimate effort and time for designing, developing, and testing solutions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and prepare detailed design documents
• Ensure adherence to formal design standards and best practices
• Collect requirements and manage deployment documentation
• Integrate Oracle modules with third-party applications
• Lead technical aspects of multiple EBS projects

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 6-8 years of total experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and PLSQL
• Experience as a Tech Lead on multiple EBS projects
• Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and RDBMS 10g

Nice to have

• Experience developing RICE components in Oracle EBS Release 12
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to create high-level and low-level design documents
• Experience with Data Migration and third-party application integration
• Familiarity with CMMI environments and Oracle Certifications are advantageous
