DDA Technical Business Analyst (Accounting)
About the role
Support Barclays Capital Securities in delivering accounting projects by identifying business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, and designing solutions. Lead analysis of business needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and create business cases to justify investments. Conduct feasibility studies, produce progress reports, and design operational and process solutions within scope. Manage change initiatives, develop traceability matrices, and ensure solutions are embedded. Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies, use tools such as Agile Central, JIRA, and Confluence, and map and model business processes. Drive digital transformation, leveraging modern technology to enhance accounting systems and migration strategies. Work onsite in Pune, contributing to the organization’s strategic objectives and governance.

- Business process mapping & modelling, proficient in modern tech
- Business solution design, stakeholder management across all levels
- Translate between business and IT stakeholders
- Strong analytical & logical problem solving under pressure
- SDLC and Agile (Agile Central, JIRA, Confluence) experience
- Knowledge of Business Analyst methodologies
