Manager Record to Report General Ledger

About the role

The R2R Manager leads global accounting operations across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, and Tax-related processes within a multi-entity, multi-region environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic ownership of the financial close cycle, tax compliance, transformation leadership, governance, process excellence, automation, team development, and preparing financial statement packages for internal and external stakeholders. The role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

What you’ll do

• Lead global accounting operations across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, and Tax-related processes
• Drive strategic ownership of the financial close cycle, tax compliance, transformation leadership, and governance across multi-entity and multi-region environments
• Drive process excellence, automation, regulatory compliance, and team development at scale
• Prepare and finalize financial statement packages
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Align outputs with global accounting standards and business objectives

What you’ll bring

• Commerce Graduate or Masters (B. Com, M. Com) or CA Inter (IPCC)
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and R2R operations
• Experience leading global accounting operations
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, and Tax processes
• Strategic ownership of the financial close cycle
• Experience with tax compliance and regulatory compliance
• Experience driving process excellence and automation
• Experience preparing and finalizing financial statement packages
