Project Consultant

About the role

EY's National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory team in Bengaluru helps clients align their people agenda with broader business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation. As a Project Consultant, you will support workforce transformation, change experience and learning, purpose/culture/leadership, and HR transformation, systems, and rewards engagements across industries. The role involves scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning and analytics, talent strategy, and digitally-enabled change delivery. Location: Bengaluru, KA, IN.

What you’ll do

• Support organization and workforce transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models
• Apply scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy using the EY Organization & Talent Hub
• Define new workforce experience including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration)
• Drive accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via EY Noggin Labs
• Align leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating model
• Re-imagine and digitize the HR function including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, and HR cloud technology
• Transform employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives

What you’ll bring

• 4-8 years of relevant experience
