About the role

The EHS Governance & Data Analytics Specialist joins the India EHS team to drive Environmental, Health & Safety governance across the organization by ensuring compliance with corporate standards, legal requirements, and management systems. Day-to-day work includes EHS data analytics, digital tools, training governance, contractor management, process development, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS performance and strengthen a proactive safety culture. The role reports directly to the India EHS Leader and is based in Noida.

What you’ll do

  • Support the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the EHS Management System in line with corporate standards, legal requirements, and ISO
  • Manage EHS data analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting, performance trend analysis, and reporting automation to support business decision-making
  • Coordinate EHS training programs, maintain the training matrix, monitor compliance, and drive employee and contractor competency development
  • Manage contractor EHS prequalification, onboarding, compliance monitoring, audits, and performance evaluation
  • Plan and conduct EHS audits, monitor corrective actions, ensure timely closure of findings, and support regulatory and certification compliance
  • Support incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and sharing of lessons learned
  • Administer EHS digital systems, maintain data integrity, and support process standardization and digital transformation initiatives
  • Develop and update EHS procedures, standards, guidance documents, communications, governance reports, and management review presentations

What you’ll bring

  • B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc in Physics, Chemistry and Math's plus EHS Qualification
  • M.Tech in Industrial Safety or P.G Diploma in Industrial Safety from State Recognized Technical Board or RLI/CLI
  • 5–8 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) within the thermal power industry
  • Experience across power plants, manufacturing, and corporate office environments
