About the role

Product Engineering team at Infrrd builds an Intelligent Document Processing platform leveraging AI. The Python Developer will design and implement GenAI workflows, vector indexing, and automation utilities, collaborating with product, QA, and support to deliver robust features. Bangalore office, on-site, 5‑day work‑from‑office schedule.

What you’ll do

• Build and debug product features and APIs
• Develop Python utilities for validation and automation
• Implement GenAI workflows using LangChain and OpenAI
• Design and tune vector indexing with PGVector
• Create evaluators and test harnesses for LLM pipelines
• Instrument logs and perform root‑cause analysis
• Collaborate to triage tickets and ship hotfixes
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge base for integrations

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years Python development
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Experience implementing GenAI/LLM solutions
• Strong debugging and communication skills

Nice to have

• MLOps fundamentals
• FastAPI/async IO
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions
• Docker basics
• Domain experience in mortgage/QC/RegTech
