Senior Technical Architect, Salesforce

About the role

Enterprise Architecture team at Salesforce designs and delivers complex, AI‑enabled Salesforce solutions for large enterprises. The Senior Technical Architect leads technical design sessions, architects scalable predictive and generative AI integrations, and oversees governance and delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migrations. Based in Hyderabad with travel to client sites (50‑75% onsite) and additional locations in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, and Gurgaon, this role follows a full‑time, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Design and integrate scalable AI solutions within Salesforce environments
• Champion AI‑first delivery methodology using advanced AI tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
• Translate business needs into well‑architected Salesforce solutions
• Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration
• Support pre‑sales activities such as discovery and POC development

What you’ll bring

• 14+ years CRM experience
• 6+ years Salesforce platform experience
• Expert knowledge of Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds
• Design scalable, performance‑driven solutions
• Define system architecture and gap analysis
• Lead technical design sessions and code reviews
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain
• Travel 50-75% to client sites
