About the role

PrismHR, the technology engine behind Vensure Employer Solutions, builds and maintains systems powering benefits administration, payroll, and global compliance. As a Senior UniData Developer, you will join either the Payroll Systems or Benefits Administration squad to design and build new features on a mission-critical UniData platform, working from requirements through release alongside a Product Owner, Business Analyst, and QA engineers. The role is based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh and follows a split shift (part on-site, part remote) aligned to 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

What you’ll do

Design and build new functionality for payroll systems that calculate and close employee payroll every cycle, manage PTO accrual and usage, and handle complex payroll accuracy rules
Design and build new functionality for benefits administration systems powering new-hire onboarding, benefits elections, bonus and compensation setup, 401(k) enrollment, and health insurance configura
Take ideas from concept to production within a true agile squad alongside a Product Owner, Business Analyst, and QA engineers
Work from requirements through to release with real ownership of the features you ship
Shape how a legacy UniData platform evolves and contribute to technical decisions
Help shape how AI tools get adopted into the specialized engineering practice

What you’ll bring

Senior-level UniData development experience (non-negotiable)
Strong hands-on background with UniData or closely related MultiValue/Pick platforms such as UniVerse, jBASE, D3, or mvBase
Builder's track record of personally designing and building specific features or systems from the ground up
Curiosity about AI-assisted development, with genuine interest and willingness to learn
Solid agile team experience, comfortable working in sprints alongside QA, a Business Analyst, and a Product Owner
Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Available for a split shift (part on-site, part remote) aligned to 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
