About the role

AI & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) at SingleStore drives real-time AI experiences across the enterprise. The Senior AI & Automation Manager leads the CoE, building AI agents, automation pipelines, and data workflows while partnering with executive leadership to solve high‑impact business problems. Bangalore, On-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee AI CoE strategy and execution
  • Develop and refine AI agents for knowledge retrieval and decision support
  • Design and implement automation pipelines to eliminate manual processes
  • Write Python and SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and scoring models
  • Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to define problem statements and requirements
  • Scope, sequence, and deliver technical projects end‑to‑end
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as AI/automation subject matter expert

What you’ll bring

  • 4-6 years experience in AI, automation, data science or analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn)
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills
  • Experience building AI agents using frameworks or custom tooling
  • Hands‑on with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or Workato
  • Ability to design scalable data pipelines and ELT processes
  • Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills
