Senior QA Manual Engineer

About the role

Iris Software is seeking a Senior QA Manual Engineer to join its Quality Engineering practice, helping enterprise clients across financial services, healthcare, transportation & logistics, and professional services deliver mission-critical applications. Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will own test planning and execution for assigned modules, design and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases, and lead functional, regression, integration, GUI, API, and mobile application testing efforts. You will also define compatibility testing strategies, analyze complex requirements for risks and edge cases, mentor junior testers, drive process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage aligns with business expectations.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases ensuring high-quality product delivery.
• Lead functional, regression, and integration testing efforts across multiple modules or systems.
• Define testing approaches, test plans, and quality validation strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Drive GUI testing activities to ensure usability, consistency, accessibility, and user experience quality.
• Lead API testing initiatives and ensure complete functional validation of service interfaces and integrations.
• Define compatibility testing strategies covering browsers, devices, environments, and platform variations.
• Analyze complex requirements and identify potential risks, edge cases, and failure scenarios.
• Review test cases and ensure adherence to testing standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
