Lead Consultant - SAP FICO

About the role

YASH Technologies seeks a Lead Consultant for SAP FICO to drive AMS delivery, transition management, and functional support in Hyderabad. The role ensures SLA compliance, manages incident resolution, and provides advanced expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Controlling modules. What you’ll do

• Ensure SLA compliance and operational stability of the SAP FICO landscape
• Manage incident, problem, change, and release management activities
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
• Validate and document processes during transition from incumbent vendors
• Provide advanced functional support for FI and CO modules
• Deliver minor enhancements, system tuning, and continuous process improvements
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities to improve service efficiency

What you’ll bring

• Strong functional knowledge in GL, AP, AR, asset management, controlling, COPA, PCA, CCA
• Experience with WRICEF objects, interface management, and data migration tools
• Knowledge of IDocs Monitoring and writing Substitution/Validation rules
• Expertise in CO-PP, FI-MM, and FI-SD integrations
• Experience in year-end and month-end closing processes

Nice to have

• End-to-end implementation experience in cost element accounting, product costing, and COPA
• Ability to manage incident, problem, change, and release management following ITIL standards
• Proven track record in transition management and knowledge transfer
• Capability to conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
