Centralized Monitoring Assistant

About the role

IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Assistant to support clinical study management teams in Thane and Pune. The role involves providing administrative assistance, maintaining study trackers, and monitoring site performance metrics under supervision. This full-time position requires adherence to Good Clinical Practices and regulatory standards.

What you’ll do

• Provide study-level administrative support including running reports and maintaining trackers
• Assist in updating systems and driving tracking compliance for credible data analysis
• Prepare i-site packs by pulling associated reports for respective sites and countries
• Process access requests and follow up with vendors for project execution support
• Review site-level Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and historic performance per the Central Monitoring Plan
• Identify site-level risks/issues and recommend timely corrective actions
• Review effectiveness of recommended actions and take additional steps if needed
• Attend kick-off, weekly team, and client meetings as requested

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years of work experience with at least 6 months relevant experience
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
