About the role

EY's People Consulting (PAS WKFA) Workforce Advisory team in Bengaluru helps clients align their people agenda with broader business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation. As a Project Consultant, you will work across sector-agnostic National teams on organization and workforce transformation, change experience and learning, purpose/culture/leadership, and HR transformation, systems, and rewards. The role requires 3-7 years of human resource experience and involves delivering practical, insightful solutions to clients while collaborating across multiple client departments.
