Go to Market at Innovaccer drives healthcare transformation by delivering innovative solutions to customers. The Associate Director, GSI Partner Delivery & CoE Operations, Partnerships leads the delivery and operations backbone for GSI partner engagements, building systematic pipelines of staffing and COE opportunities and ensuring risk-to-opportunity conversion. Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, this role operates on-site, collaborating across Delivery, Product, and Alliance teams to maintain portfolio visibility and design engagement models.

What you’ll do

Maintain real‑time visibility of active project portfolio and identify resourcing gaps
Partner with Delivery, Customer Success, and Product leadership to surface early risk signals
Translate delivery risk into structured staffing and T&M opportunities for GSI partners
Define best‑in‑class COE skill sets, certifications, and capacity requirements
Assess and enable GSI partner COE maturity and build closing plans
Design and maintain commercial and operational frameworks for engagement models
Coordinate with Deal Desk and Legal to keep engagement templates current
Track and report on staff augmentation and T&M pipeline progress

What you’ll bring

6-10+ years in delivery operations or technical program management
Experience with SaaS or healthcare technology delivery
Exposure to partnerships or alliances, preferably GSI
Understanding of staff augmentation and T&M engagement models
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
Systems thinking to build repeatable frameworks
Excellent communication and data‑driven decision making
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
