About the role

Manager - National - PAS WKFA - CNS-PC-Talent at EY, based in Gurugram (with Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai noted). What you’ll do

  • Contribute to generating profitable revenue by identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting client relationships.
  • Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation, managing project resources and budgets effectively.
  • Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major change initiatives and/or decisions.
  • Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
  • Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members and promote an inclusive working environment.
  • Identify and effectively manage and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients.

What you’ll bring

  • Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) from a Tier 1 Institute.
  • 5-9 years of experience in an HR role covering recruitment, organization structuring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, etc.
  • Proficiency in applying general consulting methodologies to drive strategic initiatives and improve client outcomes.
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation to support effective decision-making.
  • Experience in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy, and Transactions.
  • Prior Ops model, HC cost and Operations experience in the TMT sector.
  • Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy, or an in-house role with exposure to large-scale projects.
  • Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
