About the role
Accenture Consulting, the digital transformation arm of Accenture, designs and implements enterprise business processes. The Business Process Architect leads the analysis and design of innovative workflows, creates detailed documentation, and partners with stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases. Based in Chennai with additional locations in Hyderabad and Pune, this role operates on-site at the office.
What you’ll do
- Analyze and design new business processes
- Document implementation guides for processes and technologies
- Partner with business units to define product requirements and use cases
- Conduct user and task analysis to capture business needs
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder insights
- Coordinate team activities and ensure high performance
- Deliver solutions to process issues across teams
- Maintain and update process documentation
