About the role
Quest Global's engineering team drives innovative solutions across industries. As a Technical Lead / Technical Reviewer you will conduct detailed reviews of drawings, mentor engineers, and develop process improvements to ensure quality and efficiency. Bengaluru, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Conduct technical reviews of Plot Plan, P&ID, and HAC drawings
- Provide technical oversight, mentoring, and issue resolution
- Create checklists and guidance documents for workflow execution
- Capture lessons learned and deliver training sessions
- Support root cause analysis and implement improvement actions
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Assess technical capability of team members
- Participate in hiring technical interviews
What you’ll bring
- 9-12 years AutoCAD 2D drafting
- Experience with P&ID, PFD, GA drawings
- Familiarity with ASME, ASTM, EURO, CSA codes
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in Plant 3D
- Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work in diverse teams
- Adaptability to new tools
