ERC Generalist

About the role

Adobe’s Employee Resource Center (ERC) seeks an ERC Generalist to serve as the primary support for employee and manager inquiries in Noida. This role manages HR policy questions, mentors staff on lifecycle processes, and drives operational excellence through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. The position is based in Noida with a standard on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Handle comprehensive employee and manager inquiries, including intricate and escalated situations
• Provide first-level mentoring on policies, lifecycle processes, and moments that matter
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely resolution of cases
• Enable self-service by contributing to high-quality, locally relevant knowledge content
• Analyze case trends and metrics to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to implement scalable solutions
• Partner with COE teams to orchestrate solutions across the employee lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of relevant HR Generalist experience
• Strong customer-focused approach with dedication to employee experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Practical problem-solving capability with good judgment
