About the role
Senior Principal Engineer leading new product development in semiconductor design and test. Drives Analog/Digital DfT and test strategy, creating low‑cost solutions on ATE platforms. Expert in C/C++, Python, Java for low‑level ATE code, ensuring efficient, high‑quality test automation. Manages post‑silicon bring‑up, validation, and qualification, while maintaining test program utilities and libraries. Collaborates with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and design groups to meet high‑speed interface and high‑voltage test requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills enable effective global teamwork and rapid time‑to‑market.
What you’ll do
- Lead new product development across business units.
- Drive best‑in‑class DfT for cost‑of‑test benchmarks.
- Own post‑silicon bring‑up, validation, characterization.
- Define and maintain test program utilities and libraries.
- Update and improve existing ATE code for efficiency.
- Interface with ATE vendors, PE, and design teams.
- Ensure test instrumentation meets analog, mixed‑signal, digital needs.
What you’ll bring
- BSEE, 12+ yrs in Analog/Mixed Signal/Digital product & test.
- Experience with ATE platforms.
- Proficient in C/C++, Python, Java for ATE coding.
- Strong communication & leadership across cross‑functional teams.
- Energetic, motivated, self‑driven interpersonal skills.
- Works well in global teams with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasks.
