About the role

Accenture is seeking a Technical Team Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for scalable cloud-native applications using React.js, Node.js, and AWS Serverless technologies. The role involves leading technical design and hands-on development, integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities and AI agents, driving architecture and technical decisions, and mentoring developers. The position is based in Gurugram and requires 15 years of full-time education.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical design and hands-on development of React.js and Node.js applications, microservices, and REST APIs deployed on AWS serverless technologies
• Design and integrate GenAI/LLM capabilities and AI agents, including agent workflows, prompts, tool/function calling, RAG, and enterprise integrations
• Drive architecture and technical decisions, code reviews, technical governance, engineering quality, and resolution of complex technical issues
• Mentor developers, break down complex features into implementable tasks, manage technical risks, and collaborate with architects, product, QA, and UX teams

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• 15 years of full-time education
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, microservices, and system integration
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, and cloud-native architecture
• Practical experience with GenAI/LLM application development, including Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI
• Experience with Agentic AI, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
• Strong understanding of authentication/authorization, OAuth2, JWT, SSO, security, scalability, performance optimization, and observability
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents, or equivalent, including single-agent, multi-agent, or workflow-based solutions
• Exposure to MCP, AI evaluation, guardrails, Responsible AI, AI security, IaC, and AI application cost optimization
