About the role

Technical Application Specialist on Epicor's ERP support team, delivering SaaS and on‑premises application assistance to customers. Works directly with clients via phone, email and ServiceNow to troubleshoot API integrations, diagnose configuration issues, and document solutions while collaborating with integrated ERP teams. Bangalore, hybrid (Hybrid work model, 5:30 pm‑2:30 am IST shift), relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Interact with customers to resolve SaaS/on‑premises issues
Prioritize and categorize support tickets per SLA
Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge articles
Conduct training sessions on application features
Collaborate with ERP teams on data exchange failures

What you’ll bring

B.E. degree or Masters/Bachelors in CS
3+ years of support experience
Proficiency with APIs and Postman
Basic MS‑SQL and HTML knowledge
Familiarity with Microsoft ERP products

Nice to have

Experience with ServiceNow
Understanding of ERP applications
Supply chain concepts knowledge
SQL scripting (joins, unions)
XML/XSD basics
