About the role

Valtech Xstore team drives innovative retail POS solutions, enhancing store operations and customer experiences. The Xstore L2 Analyst provides expert technical support for Xstore POS, resolves escalated incidents, configures systems, and collaborates with L3, DevOps, and development teams. Bengaluru, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Provide technical support for Xstore POS and resolve escalated incidents
Investigate tickets following ITIL standards
Configure and maintain Xstore systems, including upgrades
Monitor system performance and address issues proactively
Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams
Collaborate with L3 support, DevOps, and development teams
Develop user guides, knowledge base articles, and SOPs

What you’ll bring

3+ years experience in retail POS support
Oracle Retail Xstore POS expertise
Java-based framework knowledge
Jenkins and Git deployment tools
Oracle/SQL Server database proficiency
Windows OS environment
ITIL workflow familiarity

Nice to have

Oracle Retail POS Certification (preferred)
ITIL Foundation (preferred)
