About the role

SAP Production Operations Management Team at Dow focuses on enabling critical manufacturing operations through SAP solutions. The Associate SAP POM Consultant supports SAP POM and PP applications, collaborates with business experts, configures and tests solutions, and handles incident management in a 24x7 global environment. Navi Mumbai, India, onsite role with flexible schedule aligned to international time zones.

What you’ll do

Support SAP POM and PP applications for global manufacturing
Collaborate with business experts and solution managers to deliver scalable solutions
Assist with configuration, testing, deployment, and production support
Investigate and resolve application issues in production execution
Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Support project and enhancement activities including requirements gathering and testing
Create and maintain functional documentation and support procedures
Engage in incident management and support rotations

What you’ll bring

Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Production Operations Management (POM)
Understanding of manufacturing processes and production execution
Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA manufacturing solutions
Familiarity with system integrations and data flows
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work flexible schedule across time zones
