Associate Director - Record to Report

About the role

HighRadius seeks an Associate Director for its Record to Report (R2R) function within the Finance team, supporting its Agentic AI platform for the Office of the CFO. The role leads financial reporting, US GAAP/IFRS compliance, and audit management while overseeing a small team in Hyderabad. This is a hybrid position based in India.

What you’ll do

• Lead preparation and review of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Drive accounting for complex transactions including investments and entity consolidation
• Manage and coordinate US GAAP audits as key liaison with external auditors
• Provide technical accounting guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal on strategic initiatives
• Partner with senior management on accounting implications of key business transactions
• Stay updated with changes in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations

What you’ll bring

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 8–10 years progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Strong exposure to US GAAP (mandatory)
• Experience handling US GAAP audits independently
• Big 4 experience strongly preferred

Nice to have

• Good to have IFRS knowledge
• Hands-on experience with share-based payments and revenue recognition
• Experience with business combinations and financial instruments
• Proven people management skills leading teams of 4–6
